Currently, the Prime Minister of Vietnam has approved the planning of the high-tech agricultural industrial zone in the Central Highlands. Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1531/QD-UBND dated July 9, 2020 assigned to VTB Vietnam Invalids and Warfare Complex Joint Stock Company. Location: Ea - D'Rong commune, Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province Project scale is: 328 hectares (three hundred and twenty eight hectares)

• Central Highlands high-tech agricultural product processing complex
• Storage area for fresh agricultural products for export
• The bonded warehouse area, the dry port area in the Central Highlands and the general logistics area in the Central Highlands

Existing material areas of the Company in Dong Nai and Dak Lak:

• In the South - American banana raw material area, the company has planted 175 hectares.
• Cooperation with Thanh Binh Cooperative in Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province: 355 hectares.
• Location: Thanh Bang commune, Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province
• Currently producing and exporting fresh bananas: 530 hectares
