Tam Phuoc Hi-tech Park Project, Bien Hoa

This project includes a high-tech agricultural product processing complex, a policy housing area, a housing area for experts and a housing area for workers.
Location: in Tam Phuoc commune, City. Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province.
Project scale: 34.4 hectares (thirty four point four hectares)
In which: 14.4 hectares is: high-tech agricultural product processing complex and 20 hectares: policy housing area, expert housing, worker housing area of the Company.
The company has paid full compensation to the people for the entire area: 34.4 hectares.
Currently waiting for the Government to approve the policy and approve the 1/2000 project.
